	Brian Magill - Managing Director ANZCS, ANZIM, MInstD, FHRINZ Brian's vision to develop a full-service human resources consulting company in the New Zealand marketplace led to the formation of HR Solutions Limited in 1995 and, subsequently in 1996, to the establishment of the PeopleSearch brand for the provision of recruitment consulting services. With his wealth of business experience spanning senior and general management, project management in the technology sector, and executive selection and search, Brian has driven the successful growth of the company while ensuring that it adheres to its key principle of providing excellent client service at a fair value. In 2004 Brian's significant and sustained contribution to the human resources industry was recognised by the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand, which made him a Fellow. Brian is also a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, an Associate of the New Zealand Computer Society, and an Associate of the Institute of Management.
	Robyn Trail - Director (currently on sabbatical leave) BA (Hons) Robyn brings an HR focus and perspective to her role as a recruitment specialist, having gained both HR operational and consulting experience from previous positions in New Zealand and South East Asia. Since joining the company in 1996, Robyn has used her expertise to assist numerous public and private sector organisations with recruitment for a variety of middle and senior management roles, including a significant number of human resources professionals.
	Brett Russell - Senior Consultant MBA, MA (Hons), Dip. in International Marketing After many years recruiting at all levels Brett has recently returned to PeopleSearch. He brings to clients his extensive consulting experience from both the public and private sectors covering change management, team building and strategic, business and project planning. Brett also has significant first-hand experience of working closely with a wide range of information industry suppliers having previously held the role of the inaugural Executive Director of the Information Technology Association of New Zealand (ITANZ). He also brings a long-standing capability of successful end-to-end recruiting to the satisfaction of clients and candidates alike.
	Tessie Havetta - Manager Support Since the establishment of both HR Solutions Limited and PeopleSearch Consulting Limited, Tessie has undertaken the critical role of providing office management services and support to the company and its consultants. Tessie has developed her excellent administrative and customer service skills through the provision of support to middle and senior managers in private sector organisations over a number of years.
